These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bst939 platform at bst939.cam. By registering an account, accessing any service or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bst939 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at bst939.cam. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:
By accessing bst939.cam, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current published form. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms (see Section 14) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. bst939 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via on-platform notification or email, but the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of updated Terms.
Acceptance is confirmed at the point of registration. You are advised to download or save a copy of these Terms at the time of registration for your personal records.
To register and maintain an Account on bst939, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
bst939 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point deemed necessary by the Platform for compliance purposes, bst939 may require KYC documentation, including but not limited to:
KYC verification is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) industry requirement. Delays in providing requested documentation will result in corresponding delays to withdrawal processing. bst939 is not liable for delays caused by a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
Your personal data submitted during KYC is handled in accordance with the bst939 Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bst939 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify bst939 support immediately via Live Chat. In cases of suspected unauthorized access, the Platform may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. All transactions completed using your correct credentials prior to notification will be considered valid.
Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by the Platform and the payment method in use, and are subject to change. Available deposit options may include payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, or bank transfers through institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as well as cryptocurrency methods including USDT and BTC. The availability of any specific payment method in the live cashier is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice. Mentioning these payment providers does not imply that they endorse, permit or support gambling transactions.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) absence of active self-exclusion or account holds; (c) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (d) the withdrawal method matching the deposit method used where the Platform requires it. Currency: Account balances are displayed in the currency designated at registration. For Pakistani users, this is typically PKR. The Platform is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a User's payment provider applies conversion at a rate other than the rate displayed on the Platform.
Fraud Prevention: The Platform employs automated and manual controls to detect suspicious transaction patterns. Accounts flagged for suspected fraud or money laundering may be suspended pending investigation, with associated funds frozen until the matter is resolved.
Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

All sports bets and casino game outcomes are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market or game type, as displayed within the Platform at the time a Wager is placed. These game-specific rules form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen display and underlying system calculation, the underlying system record shall be considered authoritative.
Sports betting: Odds are displayed prior to bet confirmation and are correct at the time of display. Live/in-play odds may change rapidly; the odds confirmed at the point of bet placement are binding. bst939 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") or circumstances beyond the Platform's control.
Live casino and slots: All live dealer tables and slot games are subject to game-specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the relevant game provider. RTP values are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome for an individual session.
Instant and crash games: Fast-format games operate under their own rulesets. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. No betting system, strategy or pattern of play can alter the statistical house edge.

The Platform reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
bst939 is committed to providing gambling services in a responsible manner. The Platform makes available a range of player protection tools accessible through account settings. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time-out controls and self-exclusion periods of varying duration up to permanent account closure.
Users who become aware that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm — to themselves, their families or their financial wellbeing — are strongly encouraged to use these tools immediately and to contact bst939 support for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed without unnecessary delay and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content on bst939.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data compilations and visual design — is the property of bst939 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from bst939. Unauthorized use may constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bst939 shall not be liable to any User for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages; (b) losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses incurred during platform outages or technical errors for which the Platform is not at fault; (c) losses arising from a User's reliance on inaccurate information provided in breach of these Terms by the User themselves; or (d) losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
The Platform does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to its services. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bst939 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate outages to registered Users where practicable.
Nothing in this Section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
bst939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at bst939.cam/terms-conditions, unless a later effective date is specified. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered Users via on-platform notification or email to the address on file. It remains the User's responsibility to review published Terms periodically.
If you do not accept amended Terms, your remedy is to close your Account and cease use of the Platform. Continued use following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bst939 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in a User's own jurisdiction require otherwise.
Pakistani users are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect their legal rights and obligations in relation to online gambling. bst939 does not represent that the foregoing governing law clause is enforceable in Pakistan, and makes no representations about the legal status of online gambling under Pakistani law. All users must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawal. Misrepresenting age leads to Account closure and balance forfeiture.
Each user may hold only one Account. Identity must match the name on payment methods used. KYC documents — CNIC or passport — are required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
Bonus funds always carry wagering requirements. PKR figures in promotional materials are illustrative examples. Read each promotion's specific terms before accepting a bonus — and check requirements before requesting a withdrawal.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session alerts and self-exclusion are available through account settings at any time. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately. bst939 will not reverse an active exclusion within the stated period.
